123 Overlook Road – The Drainage improvement concept involves extending the existing drainage infrastructure at 180 Overlook to 123 Overlook Road, across the street. The scope includes, but is not limited to, the replacement and installation of new catch basins, manholes, and any associated piping as needed. Consultants shall make assumptions or pre-assess the recommended route(s) for estimating the fee/effort required for design. Two potential solutions have been outlined. Refer to Attachment E for the concept plan(s) provided for this location. • 79 Fern Street – The Drainage improvement concept involves replacing the existing drainage infrastructure. The scope includes, but is not limited to, the replacement and installation of new catch basins, manholes, and any associated piping as needed. This location was brought to the City's attention following a complaint from a homeowner about water ponding around the drainage structures fronting the property. We will need to verify all private connections and drainage infrastructure that need to be accounted for. The restoration limits should include the entire sidewalk and curb fronting the property. Refer to Attachment F for the concept plan(s) provided for this location. • 76 Treno Street – The Drainage improvement concept involves adding more drainage infrastructures along 76 Treno Street and Brookdale Ave. This location was brought to the City's attention following a complaint from a homeowner regarding sediment build-up and water ponding caused by insufficient infrastructure. The scope includes, but is not limited to, the replacement and installation of new catch basins, manholes, and any associated piping as needed. The potential conceptual solution involves installing a catch basin at the corner of 76 Treno on the Brookdale side and tying it to the existing system at the corner. Additionally, we will need to verify on the field with a survey if there is a low spot between 185 Brookdale and 193 Brookdale Ave to see if another catch basin needs to be implemented. A map illustrating the project location is attached for reference. Refer to Attachment G for the concept plan(s) provided for this location. • 128 Trenor Drive – The Drainage improvement concept involves adding more drainage infrastructures along 128 Trenor Drive on the Oxford Road side. This location was brought to the City's attention following a complaint from a homeowner regarding water being pumped onto Oxford Road. The scope includes, but is not limited to, the replacement and installation of new catch basins, manholes, and any associated piping as needed. The concept involves installing catch basin(s) in front of 128 Trenor Drive on the Oxford Road side, connecting it to the existing drainage system to improve water conveyance and accommodate runoff and pumped discharge from the property. Due to the amount of water runoff on Trenor Drive as it makes its way to Oxford Road, the firm will need to evaluate if more than one Catch basin will need to be added to this location. This should help alleviate the ponding conditions that occur in front of the driveway at 201 Oxford Road. Refer to Attachment H for the concept plan(s) provided for this location.
