The services being requested will include but not be limited to the services listed below: A. Studies and evaluations, including facility condition assessments. B. Technical investigations. C. Technical evaluations and pilot studies. D. Economic and Life Cycle Cost Analysis. E. Basis of Design Reports (BODR). F. Energy Modeling. G. Program development. H. Designs (conceptual, preliminary, detailed). I. Permitting and compliance with City, State, and Federal regulations. J. Preparation of biddable/constructible plans and technical specifications. K. Estimate(s) of probable construction costs. L. Assistance in project bidding including attendance at pre-bid meeting, response to RFIs, preparation of addenda, and recommendation of award. M. Construction administration related services including shop drawing reviews and approvals, inspections, final inspections and certifications.
