The Supplier shall provide Pharmacy Benefit Management services for plan participants enrolled in the LSU First Health plan. The Supplier must possess the knowledge, capability, and resourcefulness to effectively provide Pharmacy Benefit Management services in accordance with all federal, state, and any other applicable laws, regulations, policies, LSU requirements, etc. LSU expects to pay competitive prescription wholesale drug prices and to have minimal disruption to the enrolled members of the LSU First plan. The Supplier must disclose to LSU all sources of revenue earned by administering the LSU plan. The Supplier will be responsible for all facets of the day-to-day operational administration of LSU’s pharmacy benefit plan including but not limited to adjudications and payment of pharmacy claims, network and rebate management, formulary management, call center operations, clinical management programs, auditing of pharmacies, implementation of cost-savings programs, and general and advisory services regarding pharmacy benefit design and implementation
