5.0 SCOPE OF WORK – OFFICE 5.1. Build and install office cabinets per drawing specifications on Exhibit A. 1. Wall 1: Comprised of three (3) all wood base cabinets, 18” wide. 2. Wall 2: Comprised of four (4) all wood base cabinets, 18” wide and one (1) base cabinet, 24” wide. 3. Doors and drawers: full overlay shaker style, black. 4. Soft close hardware for all doors and drawers. 5.2. Install quartz countertops for new office cabinets. 1. Color / type choices to be provided by contractor. 2. Approximately 60 square feet. 5.3. New white oak windowsills. 1. Approximately 24 board feet. 2. Stain color to be selected prior to installation. 5.4. Demo of existing cabinets and demo of windowsills will be completed by the City of Hoover. 6.0 SCOPE OF WORK – KITCHEN 6.1. Build and install kitchen island cabinets per drawing specifications on Exhibit B. 1. Side 1: Comprised of two (2) all wood base cabinets, 36” wide. 2. Side 2: Comprised of three (3) all wood base cabinets, each approximately 24” wide. 3. Doors and drawers: full overlay shaker style. 4. Existing island countertop will be reused. 6.2. Build and install ice maker cabinet per drawing specifications on Exhibit B. 1. Approximately 48” (H) x 24” (W), all wood. 6.3. Replace all upper and lower kitchen cabinet doors and drawers, full overlay shaker style. 6.4. Fill, sand, and paint all old hardware holes on upper and lower cabinets. 6.5. Paint all existing upper and lower cabinet boxes that will not be removed. 6.6. Soft close hardware for all doors and drawers. 6.7. Removal of current kitchen island and current kitchen cabinet doors and drawers will be completed by the City of Hoover. 7.0 SCOPE OF WORK – GENERAL 7.1. Contractor is required to verify all measurements prior to submitting bid proposal. 7.2. Contractor shall provide all materials, including filler and end pieces, and labor necessary to complete the project. 7.3. All delivery costs or charges must be included in the bid price.
