Can act as a consultant for customer’s personnel with installation, testing, maintenance or service requirements and lead project work; as specified. 3. Senior Technician/Protective Relay & Controls Technician; specialized training along with factory training and experience. Service, commissioning, testing of power system protection and control, SCADA, DCS, transfer, generator control and communications equipment; as specified. 4. Service Engineer; specialized training along with factory training and experience in design, assembly, installation or testing. Required for special diagnosis, repairs, inspection or failure analysis; as specified. 5. Equipment Rates; SF6 Gas Processing Cart; Includes: SF6 processing rig and generator. 6. Equipment Rates; Oil Processing Rig; Includes: Oil processing rig, Heat/Vacuum/Filtration & Fuller’s Earth (if required).
