St. Charles County (SCC) will accept submittals from qualified persons or firms interested in leasing an existing building and surrounding premises at KSET with the intent of providing or conducting aeronautical services. Aeronautical services to be provided or conducted may be but are not limited to: • Aircraft ground and flight instruction; o Introductory flights o Simulator training • Aircraft maintenance; • Avionics repair and installation; • Aircraft charter and or aircraft cargo operations; • Aircraft rental and or sales; • Pilot supply sales (aeronautical charts, flight logs, instruction manuals, clothing, etc.); • Unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) / Unmanned aerial system (UAS) training and or flight; • Other aeronautical service(s)
