The County of Riverside Purchasing and Fleet Services (Purchasing) on behalf of the Department of Waste Resources (DWR) is soliciting quotations for Tire Derived Aggregate (TDA) for Construction Projects as detailed in this RFQ. The Department has secured a grant from CalRecycle for purchasing TDA. Accordingly, the Department is required to purchase TDA material from a CalRecycle specified vendor, to be eligible for reimbursement from CalRecycle under the Tire-Derived Aggregate (TDA) Grant Program. The Vendor shall provide verification that only California-generated waste tires, processed in California were delivered to the project site. Tire-Derived Aggregate (TDA) Certification form (CalRecycle 740-TDA) must be signed and provided to Purchasing. The Vendor shall also provide supporting documentation, in addition to the TDA Certification Form, that validate only California-generated waste tires, processed in California were used for this grant project. Acceptable forms of supporting documentation include Certificate of Compliance, Certificate of Origin, or Bill of Lading. Request your TDA Manufacturer to supply this document.
