• Lot #1, Carpentry Repair and Maintenance Services, including, but not limited to: work pertaining to repair, removal, modification, and replacement of cabinetry; interior and exterior doors; siding; shingle roofs; kitchen and bathroom renovations; door jambs, fascia, trim, baseboards, exterior eves, remove, repair and replace sheetrock, window sills, and window frames, framing of any kind, posts, repair wood due to termite and/or water damage, siding replacement, wall tile, granite, tile, laminate, etc. countertops, stucco, application; installation/replacement of hardware and fixtures and any other related carpentry work the Agency may order. (NOTE: Please reference the corresponding pricing table for Lot #1 in Article 9.) • Lot #2, Concrete Services, including, but not limited to: sidewalk removal, installation, modification, repair, grinding/leveling of trip hazards, removal and replacement of drives, curbs, and gutters; cement pads of various sizes; mow strips; accessible ramps repair/ replacement/ modification; slab repair; cement staircases; removal of excess/washout; Standardized or to code installation; root abatement and prevention; responsible until cured and any other related concrete work the Agency may order. (NOTE: Please reference the corresponding pricing table for Lot #2 in Article 9.) • Lot #3, Electrical Services, including, but not limited to: work pertaining to repair, removal, modification, and replacement of: low voltage; high voltage; all phases of interior 110v and 220v electrical, including wiring; lighting; fans; exhaust systems; outlets; switches; breakers; cameras; alarms; timers; electrical panels and transformers. Exterior including, but not limited to: work pertaining to installation, modification, repair, removal, and replacement of building service panels; exterior site lighting; and any other related electrical work the Agency may order. Upon site management's request, the contractor will provide a special diagnostic service call for nonemergencies that will result in a solution outlining the service/repair issue along with a quote for the time and materials needed to resolve the additional service/repair need. Additionally, service/repair solutions will be initiated immediately after approval by the Agency representative. All work shall be completed in compliance with the applicable local and state code (NOTE: Please reference the corresponding pricing table for Lot #3 in Article 9.)
