The Village of Northfield seeks qualified attorneys and/or law firms to provide general counsel legal services for the Village. In general, the Village has need for legal representation in all aspects of municipal law, including extensive knowledge of the Illinois Municipal Code (65 ILCS 5) and Article VII of the Constitution of the State of Illinois. Additionally, the attorney or firm selected shall have adequate clerical staff to provide administrative support.
