1. Scope of work includes selective roof replacement at of the low slope roof areas as designated on the drawings down to the existing roof deck. Roof replacement includes roof deck replacement/repairs and installation of new roof insulation, including taper insulation, and a mechanically fastened thermoplastic PVC / KEE roof membrane. All new sheet metal items associated with the installation of the new roof assembly are required. 2. Scope of work includes selective roof replacement at of the steep slope asphalt shingle roof areas as designated on the drawings. Roof replacement includes roof deck replacement/repairs and installation of a new architectural shingle roof system. All new sheet metal items associated with the installation of the new roof assembly are required. All new sheet metal items associated with the installation of the new roof assembly are required. All work shall be completed to match Phase One locations previously completed. 3. Scope of work includes the exterior wall demolition and replacement in locations as noted on the drawings.
