1. Butler Avenue: Investigate the condition of the existing electrical infrastructure on Butler Avenue from 14th Street to Tybrisa Street on North and South sides of the road. Install 37 low-voltage decorative landscape ring-lights similar or equal to Roto Lighting® Color Changing Palm Tree Ring RGBW 4W on palm trees along the designated stretch of Butler Avenue. Ensure lighting fixtures are energy-efficient, weather-resistant, and designed for year-round use. Lighting design should provide an inviting ambiance while minimizing light pollution and adhering to local lighting ordinances. Incorporate a centralized control system for managing lighting schedules and brightness levels. Perform all trenching, conduit installation, and related electrical work necessary for a professional and seamless installation, to include removing and reinstallation of pavers on sidewalk. If there are extensive repairs to the existing conduit, a price will be agreed upon with the City of Tybee Island prior to the work commencing. 2. Strand Avenue: Investigate the condition of the existing electrical infrastructure on Strand Avenue from Tybrisa Street to 17th Street on North side of the road. Upgrade existing electrical infrastructure to meet current safety codes and operational needs. Install additional a total of eight (8) double electrical outlet posts at the base of palm trees on Strand Ave. to support seasonal events and other community activities. Ensure all electrical work complies with National Electrical Code (NEC) standards and City of Tybee Island regulations. Use weatherproof and tamper-resistant outlets suitable for public spaces.
