4.1. Scope of Work A. The City of Orlando is soliciting quotations for an annual term contract for the purchase of flags. B. The City retains all rights to the 'City of Orlando Flag'; only to be used for City of Orlando orders. The Contractor has no right/authority to make copies that are not for City business. C. The Bidders shall provide one (1) proof of each item, at no cost to the City, upon the request of the City, prior to the award of the contract. D. The United States and State flags must be made in the United States of America, from articles, materials, or supplies, all of which are grown, produced, and manufactured in the United States. 4.2. Flag Specifications 1) American Flag, 3’ X 5’, DuPont UV treated fibers, 200 Denier Nylon with 4 stitch fly end, interior and exterior use, canvas headings and brass grommets, sewn stripes and embroidered stars, must be made in the U.S. 2) American Flag, 4’ X 6’, DuPont UV treated fibers, 200 Denier Nylon with 4 stitch fly end, interior and exterior use, canvas headings and brass grommets, sewn stripes and embroidered stars, must be made in the U.S. 3) American Flag, 5’ X 8’, DuPont UV treated fibers, 200 Denier Nylon with 4 stitch fly end, interior and exterior use, canvas headings and brass grommets, sewn stripes and embroidered stars, must be made in the U.S. 4) American Flag, 5’ X 9 ½’ Casket, 100% Cotton with Veteran Stars, canvas headings and brass grommets, must be made in the U.S. 5) City of Orlando Flag, 3’ X 5’, Nylon, digital print, 200 Denier nylon with 4 stitch fly end, interior and exterior use, DuPont UV treated fibers, canvas headings and brass grommets. 6) City of Orlando Flag, 4’ X 6’, Nylon, sewn appliques, 200 Denier nylon with 4 stitch fly end, interior and exterior use, DuPont UV treated fibers, canvas headings and brass grommets. 7) City of Orlando Flag, 4’ X 6’, Nylon, sewn appliques, 200 Denier nylon with 4 stitch fly end, interior and exterior use, DuPont UV treated fibers, canvas headings and brass grommets. 8) City of Orlando Flag, 5’ X 8’, Nylon, digital print, 200 Denier nylon with 4 stitch fly end, interior and exterior use, DuPont UV treated fibers, canvas headings and brass grommets.
