Services required of the Contractor consist of providing bridge tending services to operate two (2) drawbridges in Duval County. The following drawbridges are to be operated: Bridge# Bridge Name Location 720005 Ortega River Bridge SR-211 / Ortega River 720022 Main Street Bridge SR-13 / St. Johns River. The Contractor is responsible for complying with all requirements of the Contract, the District Two Bridge Tending Manual, Operating Supplements to the District Two Bridge Tending Manual and United States Coast Guard Regulations. Contractor is required to obtain a copy of each and be knowledgeable of the rules and regulations contained therein. In the event the Contractor believes a rule or manual issued by the Department conflicts with a rule in the Coast Guard Regulations, Contractor shall immediately request a conference for clarification with the Department’s Representative.
