The Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services (FDACS or Department) seeks to obtain competitive bids for professional forestry service contractors to conduct inventory services of Florida Forest Service (FFS) lands for timber stand inventory plots within the Picayune Strand State Forest, the Okaloacoochee Slough State Forest, and the Babcock Ranch Preserve, as specified herein. Please note, acreage may differ in renewal years based on number of plots and the size of those plots. This Invitation to Bid (ITB) and all activities leading toward the anticipated issuance of a Term Agreement are conducted pursuant and subject to Chapter 287, Florida Statutes (F.S.), and Rule 60A-1, Florida Administrative Code (F.A.C.).
