a. Conduct a proof roll in the presence of the DNR Project Manager of the areas that are to be paved. b. Install approximately 900 Square Yards of pavement fabric at parking lots as directed by the DNR Project Manager to be calculated under Unit Price #5. c. Patch existing pavement as directed by the DNR/ Project Manager as per (Drawing S.1 Detail #A.) NOTE: All costs associated with patching of areas (CR-6, asphalt, saw cutting etc.) shall be calculated under Unit Price #1. d. Inspect and install wedge and level with, and as directed by the DNR Project Manager as per plan (Drawing S.1 Detail “B”.) NOTE: All costs associated with wedge and level shall be calculated under Unit Price #2. e. Install 2” thick (compacted) bituminous concrete overlay type surface course over approximately 8,750 Square Yards of existing road and parking Lots as per plan (Drawing S.1, Detail “D”.) NOTE: All costs associated with asphalt used in 2” overlay road shall be calculated under Unit Price #3. f. Backfill approx. 71 tons of new shoulder edges with CR-6 where curbs are not present.
