• Contractor shall have repair facilities within one hour of Davidson County-Nashville Metro area. • Successful Contractor shall have the proper equipment with experienced and trained personnel to perform repair services. • Contractor must be authorized to provide O.E. parts, repairs, recall, and warranty services for any equipment brand(s) identified in Attachment 1. • Contractor must have the proper equipment with experienced and trained personnel holding appropriate certification(s) needed to perform warranty and general repair services for equipment brands identified in Attachment 1. • Contractor (s) with 5+ years of experience will be preferred during evaluation. • Optional Service: Contractor shall provide pick-up and delivery service (if available) of 'operable' and 'non-operable' equipment that is not under warranty or identified as rework to Metro for a Flat Fee. (Flat Fee is defined as a lump charge for pick-up and delivery of equipment not under warranty or identified as rework.) This is an optional service not required of offerors that must be entered on the Cost Spreadsheet to be accepted and is not included in the evaluation. • Contractor (s) Maximum hourly labor rates SHALL NOT exceed industry standard or posted shop rates for general repairs. • Contractor (s) must provide maintenance and repair services at hourly labor rates as outlined on cost spreadsheet. • Maximum general shop supplies not to exceed $75.00 per equipment unit per trip. • No work shall be initiated without a valid work authorization number being provided by the requesting Metro department. • Invoice must accompany all completed repaired vehicles
