The Laramie Police Department is seeking qualified firms to provide enforcement solutions for timed on-street parking. Items under general consideration for this project include but are not limited to A-I powered cameras to assess time parked in parking spots, digital ticketing, with minimal manpower requirements/impacts. The objectives include providing a parking enforcement solution for 2-hour limited parking utilizing modern technology to include, but not limited to, AI software with installed cameras that can monitor the given parking area and provide real-time parking information that has the ability to issue legally defendable electronic citations for overtime parking. The selected firm for this project will be required to provide a trial period on a small scale to ensure the solution is right for our operations. This project will be managed by a project team led by the Laramie Police Department.
