Furnish all labor, material and equipment required for the fence per the below specifications. 1. Contractors must visit the site to become familiar with the project. No change orders will be given for contractors not being familiar with the project and/or scope of work. 2. Work shall begin on or after June 16, 2025 completed by August 15th, 2025 3. All OSHA and COVID-19 safety regulations are to be followed and included in the quote. All permits and certifications are the sole responsibility of the contractor. 4. Contractor shall be responsible for obtaining and compliance with all permits, local, state and federal codes for the materials, scheduling all inspections, storage, handling and disposal of materials. 5. Contractor must comply with prevailing wage requirements as outlined below. 6. Materials may be stored on site in an Owner designated area until completion of the project, at which time Contractor shall thoroughly clean all related areas and ensure the premises are left in a neat, safe and orderly condition.
