This solicitation is intended to result in multiple awards to individual firms capable of providing quality Architectural and Engineering Services. This contract may be used for projects at any Berkeley County School District property, facility, building or piece of property under consideration for acquisition. Existing facility types will typically involve school campuses and facilities, which may include features such as portable classrooms or other modular spaces, athletic facilities, grounds, parking lots, office buildings, workshops and sheds, and warehouse spaces. Specific projects will vary, however the District expects that the services of this contract will include, but are not limited to: • Structural Design • Renovations • Additions • Egress modifications • Projects associated with portable/modular classrooms;
