Specifications include, but are not limited to: Remove existing carpet on the second floor and an office on the first floor (roughly 2900 sq ft total) and replace with either carpet squares or luxury vinyl planks (LVP). The Recycling Center is open to vendor suggestions for brand and color for both the carpet and LVP. The area is a commercial area and a darker grey color. Currently, there is a 2ft x 2ft grey carpet square in the DPW Administration building that is being considered. Installation locations are as follows: 1 st Floor - Office A105 Near employee entrance (See Exhibit A) 2 nd Floor - Office A202, Hallway A206, Classroom A209, Classroom A211 (See Exhibit B) Measurements of each room can be taken by the vendor at the mandatory pre-submission conference. The work shall include the following: 1. Baseboard Specifications: a. We currently have a 4in tall black rubber base cover 2. All floor preparation, including removal and disposal of existing flooring, cleaning of debris and scarification if necessary, will be the responsibility of the successful Respondent.
