Project Description: Scope of work to include New Siding for TVMHS Auditorium: Auditorium Gable Walls ● Remove existing gable vertical wood batten strips and dispose of them properly. ● Provide and install new vertical wood infill strapping in batten voids. ● Provide and install infill framing and panels to cover three (3) front windows. ● Provide and install new siding for the Auditorium that matches current siding of the Gym building, both in style and color, exposed fastener metal wall panel system. ● Provide and install siding to all trim including rake/gable fascia and soffit. ● Provide and install flashing where required, vents. Auditorium Main Upper Perimeter ● Provide and install metal siding to fascia and soffit. ● Style and color to match Gym building. Auditorium Lower Entry ● Provide and install metal siding to fascia. ● Style and color to match Gym building. General Conditions ● Contractor will provide proper disposal of all waste. ● Contractor will provide all equipment and labor necessary to complete the project. ● Contractor will provide Sanitary Facilities for their employees onsite. ● Work to be done per Local, State, and Federal standards. ● Contractor is responsible for all permits. ● During the course of the contract discussion must be had with either WSWSU Operations & Facilities Coordinator or WSWSU Superintendent of Schools prior to unforeseen additional work that may be required. Not included: ● Electrical work ● Overtime labor, holidays ● Upgrades or repairs not outlined above
