The services will include the following: 1. Perform site visit(s) to the New York City Police Memorial to measure and evaluate available wall space. 2. Review and process the final lists of New York City Police Memorial Names for each year of the Contract for inclusion on the Memorial. 3. Develop typographic layout for the additions to the Memorial as an Adobe Illustrator file. 4. Send draft artwork to Owner for review, comment, and approval. 5. Perform on-site evaluation of overlaps to the stone to verify the accuracy of the artwork. 6. Cut and prepare the mask to be used for the engraving. 7. Apply the mask to the Memorial wall and protect all adjacent areas. 8. Provide equipment for site protection, carving, power, and control of light. 9. Carve the stone, carefully maintaining depths and sharp edges. 10. Clean the freshly carved letters. 11. Peel the mask off the wall and clean stone. 12. Remove all residue as a result from sandblasting, supplies and equipment and return the site to its typical condition. 13. Font and size: ITC Tiepolo Book Bold; ITC Tiepolo Book SC Bold.
