Application operations and maintenance services including repairing incidents, researching and mitigating problems, executing changes, creating, and updating baseline documentation for production Applications, and all other life-cycle support activities. Operation, maintenance, and development of the Texas.gov website and associated Applications. Operation, maintenance, and development of the TxT digital assistant and native mobile applications environment. Participation in DIR’s outreach and growth program, to provide marketing and advertising services to current and future Constituents and DIR Customers. Providing technology evolution and roadmap planning for the Texas.gov solution throughout the Term to address continually evolving service demands to meet Constituent needs.
