In general, the work includes, but is not limited to, the following items: 1. See Contract Drawings for complete understanding of demolition and construction scope. This list is generic in nature for major items and intended only to give an overview of general project scope. This contractor will be responsible for all other demolition and construction as indicated on the project drawings. 2. The existing drug lab will be expanded into what was previously the photo lab. Furnish all appropriate casework, workstations, lighting, ceiling, along with peripheral power and data connections as described in the drawings. 3. The existing avid lab will be reconfigured and upgraded with casework and equipment, as well as power and gas line modifications for each workstation. Provide new sink, eye washing station and hoods with vents as shown in the drawings. 4. The existing Minilab will be reconfigured. 5. The wall and door into the vestibule will be relocated. 6. The bulk marijuana entry will be modified. 7. A small office will be reconfigured with modifications to doors and walls and removal of cubicles. 8. Storage area will be opened and converted into a new open drug lab and wired for future cubicle workstations. 9. New snorkels will be added in the Toxic Instruments lab, and some existing snorkels will be relocated for more even distribution above the workstations. 10. Provide all new finishes per the finish plans. 11. Provide all mechanical equipment and ductwork per the mechanical plans. 12. Provide all plumbing and gas components per the plumbing plans. 13. Provide all lighting, power and communications components per the electrical plans. 14. Provide turnkey project as indicated on the drawings and as required for complete project.
