The University of Michigan is currently re-designing the Med Sci 1 B&D Wing spaces spanning 3 floors. The updated facility will include audiovisual enabled teaching and learning spaces supporting the core programs for the University. These spaces serve as public study areas, conference rooms, event spaces, and digital signage, and are important to our Medical School's Fall 2025 semester launch. The University of Michigan is seeking a turn-key job to be provided by one vendor to supply equipment, labor, installation materials, testing, training, and follow-up support for the audiovisual systems as described in this Specification. Project will need to be completed in a phased installation. Each of the 15 AV spaces and 7 digital signs (totaling 22 systems) across these floors will be available for four weeks per floor. We will have overlapping work in the rooms and will begin on the 5th floor, working our way down to the 3rd floor.
