Coppin State University (CSU) desires to enter into a contractual relationship with a qualified source (referred to as the “Contractor”) to provide complete and comprehensive bookstore services on the Coppin State University campus. The initial contract will be for a period of five (5) years, beginning on or about July 1, 2025. The Contractor shall furnish all resources as may be required to direct, manage and operate the bookstore location identified herein for the purpose of providing comprehensive bookstore services to CSU. CSU expects the Contractor to emphasize the use of technology in fulfillment of the role as a service provider to the bookstore customers. A brief sales history for the bookstore is included in Appendix 1.
