Scope: The Contractor shall furnish all labor, Equipment, and Materials required to mobilize a hydraulic dredge, as well as furnish all labor, Equipment, and Materials (including dredge pipeline) necessary to perform the Work to and from the Project Site. This Work shall include, but is not limited to, establishing offices, buildings, and other facilities necessary for the Work. As part of this Bid Item, the Contractor shall obtain bonds, required insurance, and include any other Pre-Construction expenses necessary to perform the Work, as well as Aerial Photography. This Bid Item shall exclude the Cost of performing Work explicitly included in other Bid Items listed on the Bid Form. All Costs associated with the Dredge Pipeline Corridor and associated appurtenances and pipeline crossings shall be included in this bid item.
