The Scope of Work for this project includes: • Review the site and existing conditions • Review awarded LSA grant for project specifications • Design of playground layout, equipment, landscaping, park amenities, ADA parking stalls, open air shelter and safety surfacing • Coordinate the procurement of playground equipment that meets the needs of children of various age groups and abilities • Provide all necessary survey information and base mapping for the area for the park. All survey services for this project shall be performed in accordance with, and shall conform to, accepted Surveying and Engineering general practices and procedures. • Identify coordinate and define any permits required for the projects to proceed, prepare and submit application packages. • Identify and define any necessary coordination with utilities and register the projects with PA One Call System. • Prepare presentations and attend one (1) public meeting • Compliance with all relevant safety standards and accessibility regulations
