The purpose of this contract and subsequent work assignment(s) will be to provide services for pipeline video inspections and assessments using the National Association of Sewer Service Companies (NASSCO) Pipeline Assessment Certification Program (PACP) Standards, Version8.0, January 2024. The CONSULTANT, who must be PACP Certified, will select and supervise their choice of a pipeline inspection services company to acquire the video product. The video company will also be required to have PACP Certification. The pipeline inspection services company must use a Digital Pipe Inspection Scanning Camera (IBAK), or similar type camera, to capture 360-degree images of the pipe interior. The CONSULTANT will also review the report and digital videos from the last inspection cycle and compare against the new cycle to ascertain any degradation that may be occurring in the pipes. The contract will cumulate in the delivery of a District reviewed and District accepted PACP report and rating (structural and O&M) for each surveyed conduit, reports inclusive of recommendations for; site specific pipeline; repair, replacement or monitoring etc.
