Bids shall be accepted from qualified, experienced and licensed general contractors to furnish all labor, supervision, equipment, supplies, tools, permitting, safety measures and all other necessary incidentals for improvements at the improvements to CITY’s Windmill Ranch Park. Windmill Ranch Park is located at 2900 Bonaventure Blvd, Weston, FL 33331. The scope of work includes re-construction of the entire park including but not limited to a parking lot, restroom building, walkways, multipurpose court, sand volleyball courts, Bermuda turf open field, playground structures and related park amenities, associated water, wastewater, stormwater systems, lighting and electrical work all in accordance with the plans and specifications provided with this bid. Windmill Ranch Park, the project site, is situated adjacent to an elementary school. As such, the Contractor is fully responsible for ensuring the implementation of construction fencing and maintaining a secure and vigilant construction site. These requirements must be strictly adhered to at all times. Additionally, any closures of roadways during school drop-off or pickup hours are strictly prohibited.
