The City will require the selected firm(s) to assist in assessing existing infrastructure, develop plans, specifications, estimate packages, and to manage the bidding and construction processes as the owner’s representative if required by performing the following: a. Evaluate and assess potential locations using hydraulic modeling. b. Evaluate population growth and future water demand. c. Provide an assessment of any additional infrastructure needs associated with construction of the elevated storage tank. d. Provide a report summarizing the results of the evaluations and assessments with proposed alternatives, schedules, and preliminary cost estimates. e. Preparation of an Engineering Report. f. Prepare detailed design, including specifications, construction documents for recommended improvements including but not limited to construction plans, engineer’s opinion of probable construction cost, project manual and any other items necessary to successfully construct this project...
