PERFORMANCE: 1. Contractor shall perform and furnish all labor, services, materials, goods, supplies and equipment necessary to perform the Work and shall furnish and perform the Work of the Contract subject to all relevant federal, state and local laws. 2. Contractor shall perform the Work in a workmanlike manner with qualified workers in an expeditious and economical manner consistent with lawful construction practices and the best interest of FIT. 3. Contractor shall provide copies of all licenses and certificates required for performance of the work within ten (10) days of FIT’s written request. 4. When Contractor, its employees, subcontractors and/or agents and all those acting by or through any of them and all those for whose acts they are responsible (collectively “Contractor Parties’ or any one “Contractor Party”) are on the FIT campus, they shall be subject to applicable FIT rules and regulations. 5. Contractor shall protect the Work site and all other impacted areas from damage and shall repair at its own cost any damage, whether to the Work site, property or otherwise, caused by Contractor Parties.
