The consultant selected to develop the plan will be responsible for the coordination and preparation of the Five-Year Consolidated Plan and Annual Action Plan. The consultant will be required to work closely with the CAD-HGA while preparing, developing, and distributing the plans. The FY 2025/26 – 2029/30 Consolidated Plan, must at a minimum, meet and address all current HUD requirements and regulations for the preparation of a Five-Year Consolidated Plan/Annual Action Plan. The completed plan must include all consultations, citizen participation, data, narratives, charts, tables, maps and references required by HUD.
