Sam Houston State University (“SHSU” or “University” herein), through this Request for Proposal (RFP) intends to establish a pool of qualified Executive and Academic Search Firms to source candidates for executive, academic, medical and staff positions with Sam Houston State University. Interested parties are invited to submit proposals in response to this solicitation. This solicitation sets forth, at a minimum, the specifications, terms, conditions, and requirements to be considered for this solicitation. SHSU will select the Proposal(s) that offers the “best value” based on the published selection criteria and on its ranking evaluation of submitted proposals. Interested companies (“Proposers,” “Vendor,” or “Contractor” herein) are requested to submit a proposal.
