Delaware State University (DSU) has entering a partnership with five universities to develop an Online Learning Consortium. DSU is seeking proposals from Online Program Managers (OPMs) to support this partnership. The Consortium will be led by DSU, in partnership with five other HBCUs. The universities include Pensole Lewis College, Alabama State University, Southern University and A & M College, Southern University Shreveport, and Southern University at New Orleans. The Consortium will serve as the “front door” to attract students, who will then enroll at one of the partner universities. Students’ degrees, Certificates or Certifications are awarded by the partner university. Expected Consortium launch is Fall 2025, but the Consortium plans to onboard an OPM partner for new non-degree programs for Fall 2025 enrollments and degree programs for Spring 2026 enrollments.
