This is a Bid for the OVR Allegheny Enhanced Driving and Ancillary Services. This IFB is strictly for Allegheny County Area only. Services will be expected to originate from the Pittsburgh BVRS/BBVS OVR District office of the employee to a location for the performance of Commonwealth business. This procurement is being reserved for DGS Small Businesses. Bidders must attach their Small Business Certificate to their procurement to be deemed eligible.
