The Campus Master Plan will include, but is not limited to: o Assessment of current space in relation to college operations to include instructional, administrative, student and community support, revenue and fundraising, and maintenance. o Recommended adjustments to space design based on the College Strategic Plan and forecasted additions/changes to college programs, student recruitment/retainage, revenue generation and other opportunities. Identify and prioritize development of space based on time, cost and forecasted return on investment. o Main Campus site improvements to include landscaping, parking, vehicle and pedestrian traffic flow, security and identify spaces appropriate for further development in support of additional operational capacity or enhancing student/community experience. o Assess and provide recommendations regarding building operation systems (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) in relation to longevity, support of forecasted occupancy loads and cost optimization. Additionally, assess and provide recommendations for site utilities in support of additions/alterations to occupied spaces. o Budget and time estimation for all phases of the Master Plan execution . o Renderings, narratives and other visual aids representing all recommended alterations/additions.
