1.0 General The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) has requested that a vendor provide a system design and quote for the Crew Conference Room. This conference room is used for in-person meetings, training, and occasional web conferencing. The basis of this design will utilize AV over IP encoders and decoders to create a full matrix system that will allow for any device connected to an AVoIP encoder to be displayed on any display connected to an AVoIP decoder. 2.0 Equipment Video System: 1. The vendor will provide and install two (2) 98” flat panel displays on the front wall on pull-out, tilt wall mounts to allow for access to the hardware being located behind each display. 2. The vendor will provide and install four (4) 75” flat panel displays on articulating wall mounts; two displays will be installed on the left wall and two displays will be installed on the right wall. 3. The vendor will provide and install two (2) wall mounted cameras, one audience facing PTZ camera will be located on the front wall between the 98” flat panel displays and one instructor facing tracking camera will be located on the side wall in the same location as the existing camera. 4. The vendor will provide and install one (1) Microsoft Teams Room (MTR) UC system with 10” tabletop touch panel. The UC system will also allow for a user to connect to the system and host a non-Teams call from a local laptop connected via HDMI and USB 2.0 at the lectern and utilize the camera, microphones, and speakers in the space. a. NOTE: One (1) MTR license is required for this UC system and will be provided by FDOT. 5. The vendor will provide and install one (1) wireless conferencing device that will allow a user to present their laptop or other compatible device wireless on the displays or connect to the system and host a non-Teams call from a local laptop and utilize the camera, microphones, and speakers in the space. 6. The vendor will install one (1) FDOT provided wireless presenter that will allow a user to present their laptop or other compatible device wireless on the displays. a. NOTE: This wireless presenter does not allow for a user to host and calls or utilize the camera, microphones, and speakers in the space. 7. The vendor will nstall one (1) FDOT provided cable receiver to be a presentation source on the displays.
