The GLO is seeking information from full-service ranch land investment, development, and management companies that have the capacity to provide turn-key planning, design, construction management, and maintenance services for large acreage investment ranch properties. In order to provide the maximum value possible to the PSF, the GLO is seeking information on how to properly maximize the revenue generating potential of the various biological, residential, commercial, geological, cultural, and recreational aspects of the 355,104 +/- acre Brewster Ranch property and subsequently execute these plans. GLO is looking to identify opportunities to implement conservation strategies, develop and expand infrastructure, and repair roads, water wells, and existing structures. Broader investment strategies GLO is looking to identify include but are not limited to: viability of hunting lodge opportunities and tourism; construction of aircraft runways; potential soil carbon capture opportunities; and, to build, preserve, renovate, maintain, operate, and/or ensure efficient execution of any other revenue generating strategy recommended by Respondents and priorly approved by GLO.
