1. The Contractor shall furnish all supervision, labor, tools, equipment, and cleaning supplies, including toilet bowl cleaner and disinfectant, urinal blocks, necessary and incidental to provide quality janitorial services as specified herein. 2. The City shall provide water, electricity, toilet tissue, paper towels, trash liners, air freshener refills, and hand soap. 3. A storage closet is available at the Nature Center; however, the Birding Center does not have a storage closet. Closets are for mops, mop buckets, brooms, vacuum cleaners, and supplies. The Contractor shall keep it neat and orderly. 4. The Contractor shall submit two (2) copies of Safety Data Sheets (SDS) for each chemical or product being used. Should a new product be introduced during the term of the contract, copies of SDS shall be provided to the Purchasing Division. 5. The Contractor shall perform the services in a first-class workmanlike manner. This shall include the avoidance of loud talking, arguments, smoking in unauthorized areas, obscene language, or any other behavior which is disruptive or unprofessional. Contractor shall be responsible for providing trained staff for performance of work and all work shall be subject to the approval and acceptance of the City's representative. Only Contractor employees allowed in facility, “guests” will not be allowed inside City facilities during agreed upon work times for Contractor. 6. Any work not performed as intended in these specifications shall be corrected immediately after notification from a designated City representative. Notification will be given verbally with a follow up in writing. The Contractor shall notify the City representative when the corrections have been made. If, in the opinion of the City, the deficiencies observed are not satisfactorily corrected, the City reserves the right to terminate the Contract.
