The work to be performed under the referenced Order for Professional Services (OPS) will consist of construction of a new PEMB at Parkway Maintenance District 7 (PMD-7) at Milepost 156.0 in Clifton, New Jersey and at Parkway Maintenance District 8 (PMD-8) at Milepost 164.1 in Paramus, New Jersey. The project also includes demolition of the existing material storage buildings on site and other related work defined in the RFEOI’s Scope of Services. All work must be staged to maintain PMD 7 and PMD 8 operations. The OPS is anticipated to be awarded at the May 2025 Commission Meeting. The estimated construction cost for Contract No. P500.767 is approximately $7,600,000.00 with an estimated duration for construction of eighteen (18) months, including contract closeout.
