The purpose of this RFP is for managed services and support of the City’s current Oracle Fusion Cloud (SaaS) + Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI/PaaS). The City’s implementation of Oracle Cloud Fusion and related OCI integrations began in 2019. Systems went live in phases from 2022 - 2023. It is very important that the managed services and support vendor be able to demonstrate how they are a good fit to assist the City in meeting our organizational goals: ● Continuous improvement in our use of Oracle Cloud Fusion to realize greater operational efficiencies ● Identify opportunities to update business processes to take advantage of the workflows, reporting, and data analytics provided by the software. ● Increase knowledge of the ITSA staff so they can become more self-reliant We are seeking a vendor who will: ● support the City ITSA department in supporting the Oracle systems ● educate business subject matter experts on best practices in use of the products, ● provide guidance on potential system enhancements vs. business process improvements with a goal of optimizing processes/efficiency
