The CONTRACTOR shall provide the following services related to the calculation of the HAWAII STUDENT GROWTH PERCENTILES (SGP) MODEL for the school year pertaining to the contract period and produce related school, complex, complex area, and teacher outcome data: 3.1. Production of School Year growth results, analyses, datasets and reports for school accountability and educator evaluation. 3.1.1. The Smarter Balanced Assessment (SBA) is a Consortium of thirteen (13) states and the Bureau of Indian Education that developed an assessment system to measure whether students are meeting the Common Core for Mathematics, English Language Arts and Literacy. From the SBA Results: 3.1.1.1. Update the SGP package to incorporate and analyze Hawaii’s SBA results; 3.1.1.2. Calculate SGPs (cohort, baseline referenced, and time-dependent) for all appropriate students using data from the corresponding school year; 3.1.1.3. Calculate school Median Growth Percentiles (MGPs) for all identified schools (approximately 295); 3.1.1.4. Analyze SBA Highest Observable Scale Score (HOSS) and Lowest Observable Scale Score (LOSS) impact on SGPs and those distributions, and provide recommendations around the use of such SGPs if any issues of concern are found; 3.1.1.5. Develop student growth projections for incorporation of SBA results; 3.1.1.6. Develop lagged student growth projections for incorporation of SBA results;
