The vendor must also provide comprehensive support services, including 24/7 technical support for troubleshooting and issue resolution, and regular maintenance services to ensure optimal performance and longevity of the equipment. Additionally, the vendor must provide all necessary licenses for the operation of the equipment, including software licenses and any subscription-based services necessary for the equipment’s functionality. All bids must be associated with the items identified in the provided list, which have been broken up by lots so that vendors only need to bid on the items they can supply. The lots are as follows: • Lot 1 is for assorted Arista equipment with specific model numbers and expected order quantities provided in the Price Sheet in Question 2.1. This lot will be awarded to a pool of responsive vendors. • Lot 2 is for assorted third-party optics, with specific model numbers and expected order quantities provided in the Price Sheet in Question 2.1. This lot will be awarded to a pool of responsive vendors. • Lot 3 is for assorted Cisco equipment with specific model numbers and expected order quantities provided in the Price Sheet in Question 2.1. This lot will be awarded to a pool of responsive vendors. • Lot 4 is for a specific set of lower-performance Arista equipment with specific model numbers and quantities provided in the Price Sheet in Question 2.1. UF will only award one of Lots 4, 5, or 6 to a single vendor with the lowest-cost proposal for whichever of the three lots is selected. • Lot 5 is for a specific set of medium-performance Arista equipment with specific model numbers and quantities provided in the Price Sheet in Question 2.1.
