• DPS requires that the solution include licensing for a minimum of 10,000 Windows workstations, with line item pricing. • Proposed solution may (but is not required to) include a separate line item for protection of Server operating systems (Windows Server 2022, Windows Server 2016, Hyper-V virtual machines). • DPS prefers but does not require Active Directory Domain or Intune integrated solutions. • Proposed solution MUST be an Enterprise level cloud based protection with central management capabilities for all protected endpoints. • Proposed solution should have the capability to be deployed with an MSI and / or built into a custom Windows image deployment. • Proposed solution should provide protection against (including but not limited to) malware, grayware, spyware, viruses, and ransomware. • Management of the proposed solution must provide: • The ability to exclude files and directories from real-time scans as determined by the district. • Solution MUST include the ability to block files and applications with wildcards and by file path. • Solution MUST also provide protection from browser based threats such as known compromised websites/ URL’s. • The option to manage or disable any firewall component of the product as required by the district. • Real-time data and alerts for potential outbreaks. • Preference will be shown to solutions that are capable of removing or updating previous solutions/ versions via a central deployment strategy. • Reporting capabilities are a feature DPS are interested in taking advantage of in the proposed solution. Reports should cover all detected threats / infections. • Solution must support modern operating systems (current as of 2025). • Updates and Upgrades for the duration of the agreement on endpoints and management console will be included in the price of the solution. • Solution MUST include EDR functionality.
