1. Assist the Alvin ISD faculty and athletic coaching staff in the design and implementation of a student athletic training program. 2. Assist the Alvin ISD faculty and athletic coaching staff in the design and implementation of a continuing education program for the school’s athletic coaching staff. 3. Provide conditioning and flexibility training suggestions to the School coaching staff with the advice and consent of a physician. 4. Monitor athletic injuries and develop injury prevention training and programs with the advice and consent of a physician. 5. Coordinate and provide injury follow-up and evaluation for the physician. 6. Provider will arrange for four (4) part-time athletic trainers for coverage of all games, practices, and other athletic events at the discretion of the coaches, athletic directors or other administrators of Alvin ISD to include coverage on weekends and school holidays along with the district employees\
