1. Existing pumps believed to have been replaced circa 2014. There are (2) each 30 Hp, 3-phase, Myers brand pumps (Model 4VC300M4-23). This lift station handles the flow for Turkey Run Inn, Property Office, Nature Center, Service Area Complex, Manager and Assistant Manager’s residence, Entrance Gate, Saddle Barn, and four modern restroom facilities. 2. Deep clean the pit and wet well of debris and trash via jet vac cleaning or approved equivalent. 3. Replace both existing pumps with new 30 Hp, 3 phase pumps designed for this purpose. a. To the greatest extent possible, sequence and phase the work to maintain at least one pump in operation at all times. Provide supplemental pumping / vacuum cleaning as required. 4. Remove and replace all pump rails and chains, floats switches, junction boxes, mechanical and electrical controls including the control panel, etc., for a fully rehabilitated lift station. a. Rails and new hardware shall be type 304 stainless-steel. 5. Designing, providing, and installing a new lift station control panel. The control panel shall be comparable to the current panel’s specifications and requirements. This panel shall have the following characteristics: a. Waterproof Stainless-Steel Housing (NEMA 4X) b. Enclosures shall include back plane and mounting hardware. c. High Level Visual and Audible Alarm System d. Indicator Lights and Hour Meters. e. Compatible with Existing and New Lift Station Equipment, Components, and Sensors f. Electrical Rating of Current Panel/System g. Electrical disconnect to the control panel in a stainless-steel housing.
