A new presentation system for each of the following conference room at the Hartford office. • The conference room need to be able to connect wirelessly and via HDMI casting to present from computer to presentation system (no click shares) o macOS computers, iOS devices, and Windows laptops (Specifically Dell / Lenovo) • Crestron Conferencing equipment (video, audio, speaker) o Ability to Mute the room o Ability to adjust volume o Ability to utilize Teams o Not looking for Surface Hubs • Ability to label the conference equipment based on room name • Ability to invite room for meeting without joining on personal device White Noise Machines • Control zones at IT Closet for all devices • Zones throughout outside conference room (1-4 Zones) Hardware • Need to replace TV in the conference room • Need to upgrade all sound in room
