The purpose of this Invitation to Bid (ITB) is for the provision of exterior and interior window tinting services for the Clay County Health Department in Fleming Island, Florida. Services must be completed during the business hours of Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time each workday, unless otherwise directed by the Department. Prep each window and door before furnishing and installing 3M Prestige exterior and interior window tint as follows: 4.1.1.2.1 Thoroughly clean each window and door. 4.1.1.2.2 Remove any adhesives or debris from each window and door. Furnish and install 3M Prestige exterior and interior window tint as follows: 4.1.1.3.1 Provide window tinting for the following windows and doors for Building 400.
