Escambia County, Escambia County Sheriff's Department, and the City of Pensacola are seeking to engage a contractor to provide onsite clinic services for employees, spouses, and dependents at their existing shared clinic facility. Services Description: Includes any Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, Physician's Assistants, Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, Clinic Medical Assistants, Certified Health Coaches, Behaviorists, Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapists, Registered Dieticians, etc. The contractor must be an onsite clinic provider able to supply acute care, occupational health, primary care, chronic condition management, wellness (coaching/education), case management, telehealth, physical therapy, and medication dispensary services. The contractor must meet specific eligibility criteria, possess relevant certifications, and comply with pre-employment screening requirements. The contractor's responsibilities will include outpatient services along with direct contact with patients (employees, spouses, and dependents). All encounters and medication orders must be documented in the provider's electronic medical record system.
